Battersea

Location: Battersea (Family Home)
Client: Private
Project Type: Full Service – Spatial Planning, Interior Design, Design Management

Situated on a quiet road a throw stone away from Battersea Park & Battersea Power Station, this lovely Italian couple recently purchased this period three floor terraced house as their first family home and wanted to renovate prior to moving in with their children.

The focus of the service was surrounded by all the fitted elements for the home. The main transformation was of the Kitchen, following by the their Guest Cloakroom & Family Bathroom on the first floor.

We began creating the new canvas with introducing a warm white washed engineered wood floor throughout the property. Moving on to the Kitchen, opting for a contemporary style interior, we combined a mixture of lacquer, wood veneer and a quartz worktop to create a muted yet statement kitchen. On the contrary, the Guest Cloakroom is considered a real statement room and talking point for when guests arrive with the rich dark green walls and ceiling, and checkerboard black and white marble floor, accented with brass fixtures and fittings. Finally, leading to the Family Bathroom we paired a combination of two tones of large format porcelain tiles, accented with a rich dark wood vanity and gunmetal fixture and fittings. This bathroom was completed with a large statement circular mirror with led lighting.

This project was provided with a full service including Spatial Planning, Interior Design and Design Management.
